Every article on this site is free to read — no account, no payment, no subscription. An account is optional: it only exists so you can receive updates and, if you choose, occasional offers.

Art prints are made to order. When you buy one, payment is handled by Stripe and the print is produced and shipped by a printing partner. You'll get an order confirmation by email, and tracking details once it ships.

Made to order: every print is produced for you individually after you order, by a printing partner, rather than taken from stock. Please allow a few days for it to be made before it is despatched. Orders are shipped within the United States only.

Damaged or misprinted items: please check your print as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. We are unable to replace items reported after 14 days, so please tell us promptly.

What to send us: please attach 3-4 photos — the whole print laid flat in good daylight, a close-up of the damage or misprint, the outer packaging including any dents or tears, and the shipping label with the tracking number readable. Photos straight from your phone are fine; no particular format, size, or editing is needed. If they are too large to email at once, send them across two emails.

How to reach us: reply to your order confirmation or shipping email, or use the contact form. Please do not contact the printing partner directly — they have no record of your order, as it is placed under our account.

Colour and materials: prints are made on recycled canvas, which has a natural, slightly warm tone. Screens vary, so small differences between what you see online and the finished print are normal and are not considered a fault.
